We are seeking a dynamic and experienced coach to join our team. As a Sweat Coach, you will lead high-intensity, full-body workouts that incorporate a variety of exercises, such as strength training, cardio, and agility drills. You should be able to conduct workouts that challenge participants of all levels of experience and inspire them to push past their limits. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-intensity, full-body workouts that are safe and effective for all levels of experience
- Provide modifications and adjustments to clients to ensure proper form and prevent injury
- Provide a workout experience that aligns with the gym’s goals and mission
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the gym
- Attend regular training and continuing education to stay up to date on exercise techniques and trends
Requirements:
- Experience teaching in a gym or fitness studio setting
- Knowledge of a variety of exercise techniques, such as strength training, cardio, and agility drills
- Personal Training Certification (preferred)
